Annual Meeting Reminder

This is a reminder that the Falcon Pointe Community Association, Inc. Annual Meeting will be scheduled in the coming weeks. The exact date, time, and location will be communicated once finalized. Please watch your mailbox and email for the official meeting notice.

The Annual Meeting is one of the most important events for our community. It provides an opportunity to review the past year's accomplishments, discuss the upcoming budget, elect board members, and address community-wide concerns.

Homeowners who are unable to attend in person are encouraged to submit a proxy form so that your vote can still be counted. Proxy forms will be included with the official meeting notice. A quorum of homeowners is required for the meeting to proceed, so your participation is essential.

Agenda items typically include a financial review and budget presentation, board of directors election, updates on community projects and maintenance, a review of any proposed rule or guideline changes, and an open forum for homeowner questions and comments.

We strongly encourage all Falcon Pointe Community Association, Inc. homeowners to attend or submit their proxy. Your involvement shapes the future of our community. If you have items you would like added to the agenda, please contact the board or your community manager in advance.
